To celebrate #PEDroTurns25, we asked our PEDro Raters why they volunteer to rate articles on PEDro.<\/p>\n

How long have you been a Rater?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I have been rating scientific articles for PEDro\u00a0since December 2022, so it\u2019s now almost 2 years.<\/span><\/p>\n

What do you enjoy about rating?<\/strong><\/p>\n

By rating, I stay up-to-date with the latest scientific publications in my field. Additionally, I learn useful insights for when I need to write my own research (and sometimes I learn what not to do!)<\/span><\/p>\n

Why did you start rating?<\/strong><\/p>\n

During my PhD program, I connected with a Dutch researcher who was in contact with the PEDro database. He informed me about the PEDro Rater network. Additionally, I\u2019m interested in international collaboration and the development of physiotherapy. I am from the Netherlands, and my partner is from South America (Argentina). I find the various ways our profession is practiced, both nationally and internationally, fascinating, and I believe we have a lot to learn from each other.<\/span><\/p>\n
